2. Zoning – 3549 Sunnyside Avenue - review of Zoning Committee's recommendation regarding application to legalize conversion of 3549 Sunnyside Avenue from a single family dwelling to three apartments and commercial space.
Because EFCC has a policy against conversion of single family homes to multi-family use, the Zoning Committee will make a recommendation but will leave the decision to the general membership. Since a Zoning Board hearing is imminent, the matter is on the agenda as if the applicant had appealed from the Committee decision.

To be a voting member of the EFCC, you must be a resident of East Falls. Send your check for $10.00 together with your name, address, and email (for purpose of receiving notices) to EFCC, P.O. Box 12672, Philadelphia, PA 19129. To present topics at meetings. (1) Special Presentations: This format is for organizations with out-of-the-ordinary announcements for which 5-10 minutes will be set aside for the single presentation.
