Display advertising - print edition • Copy for all advertising must be submitted by the 20th of the month preceding publication (e.g.: March 20 for April issue). • No charge for setting up ad, type only. There is a charge of $8.00 for adding photo or logo. Additional charges may apply for in-house design. • Logos, photos, and line art submitted electronically must be in one of the following file formats: .eps, .tif, .gif, .pdf, or .jpeg (saved at the highest quality setting). We can also accept Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Quark files. • All art must be submitted with a minimum resolution of 150dpi (dots per inch). • If you are unable to submit your materials electronically, we will need clean, crisp black and white copies to scan.
