 Julien Franklin of Apalogen Road, a Global Studies major at Trinity College (Hartford, CT), spent last semester at The Center for European studies at The University of Maastricht. A former Fallser Delivery boy and Penn Charter alum, Julien is pictured with his mother, Dr. Patricia Mikols, in front of Maastricht’s City Hall. The capital of the Dutch province of Limburg, Maastricht straddles the Meuse River in the Netherlands, between Belgium and Germany.
