In August, Mawusi Simmons traveled to the historical city of Cachoeira on the banks of the Paraguacu River in Bahia, Brazil to take part in the Festa de Nossa Senhora da Boa Morte.
Jeff and Lana Zellner recently traveled Barcelona, Spain, making certain to take a copy of The Fallser! Pictured here, the Frederick Street couple paused for a photo in front of La Sagrada Familia. A massive, privately-funded Roman Catholic Church, La Sagrada Familia has been under construction since 1882, and not expected to be completed until at least 2026. Considered the master-work of renowned Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi (1852–1926), the project's vast scale and idiosyncratic design have made it one of Spain's top tourist attractions for many years. |
