Adam and Kirsten Carangi of Indian Queen Lane, with sons River and Aries, took to the road this summer, driving to the Midwest to visit some of Kirsten’s college friends. Seen here, Aries is sitting on a hay bale in Starbuck, Minnesota with his dad and a copy of our community rag, The Fallser. 
Zachary J. Franklin, of Henry Avenue, graduated in July 2011 with a MA in Chinese Economics from Fudan University in Shanghai, China. Zachary is a graduate of Chestnut Hill Academy ('03) and the University of Southern California ('07).

The Franklins enjoyed visiting Shanghai before returning to Philadelphia. Zach is now living in Beijing where he works for Time-Warner's pay-per-view subsidiary, You On Demand. 
Frank Ashmore and Nancy Laskowski of Netherfield Road were reading The Fallser while searching for Noah’s Ark on Mount Ararat (shown looming in the background). The two were in Armenia on August 12th for a family wedding.
